It was a wonderful program. The entire program curriculum was well thought out to ensure that all areas of program management right from Leadership qualities, Negotiation, conflict management, Risk Management, Agile Methodology, and more are covered. What made this session stand out was that multiple real-time scenarios were covered and role-played with immediate feedback ensuring every person has a takeaway. How the program management role and expectations differ in service and product industry was also covered ensuring that all participants are benefited. Overall it was a great learning experience.
The program was highly interactive and the focus was more on practicality we face in day-to-day management. All topics covered matched the real-time scenarios. These are the topics which were required you to excel in your job or interview. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend it.
The PgM program was a very positive experience for me. Based on the initial demo session, my expectations were fully met, in terms of this being a very practical and real-life scenarios-focused two days workshop. The vast topics covered address the fundamental skills needed by PgM. This is as real as it can get with participants sharing their typical workday situations and others pitching in with valuable insights. The trainer’s expertise and vast experience were very much reassuring. He managed to convey a lot with ease, without being complicated or flamboyant, which is usually seen in other such workshops. This is definitely a prescribed program, if not a “must attend” program, for all who are looking to get a quick dive in Program Management aspiring for the next role. This is also a very necessary workshop for professionals already in the program manager role to enhance existing skills with shared insights. Overall, for me personally, there are a lot of valuable takeaways that will hold me in good stead in the current role as well as other opportunities I seek. I congratulate the Gururo team for such a fruitful workshop and wish them the growth they so much deserve. Thank you again for the wonderful two days, a weekend well spent in a long time 🙂
I was a bit hesitant whether I will be able to sit on weekends but the sessions were so interesting and engaging. The tools and techniques shown can be utilized in my current work and I have learned a lot about Product organizations and program management. Looking for a long term relationship with Gururo
A lot of learning for me, started in the morning and ending late in the evening. I learned a lot of new things so I didn’t felt the time. The Demo gave me the idea that there is a lot to program management I don’t knowledge. All the tools, metrics, templates, tips, and tricks are going to be very helpful. Interview preparation is a great value add. Thank you so much.
The course was very practical as promised. I have done other courses and certifications but didn’t get the practical knowledge. One of the things I like most was the simulation of Jira, I have used Jira but learned a lot of new things. Reports and metrics were great. The interview part at the end of the session was awesome. I knew now how to handle these questions. I am grateful to you for how to handle these questions now.
It is really great to be a part of the program management program. It helps me to pinpoint my weak areas/skills in management. It helps me to enhance my management skill to some extent. The Gururo team is excellent. I felt very comfortable. While I’m practicing. With the help of the Mock Test I came to know my level of management, which is really worth full in management skills, overall, my experience with faculty and the team really incredible. I enjoyed my training and practice section very much. I am really thankful to Gururo.
The sessions were really informative, precise. It was good to learn the way Program Management applied in different organizations. All topics covered was relevant with real life scenarios explained well. It was more of practical application rather than traditional approaches.
Trainer was able to answer all the queries and the workshop was very interactive. So overall, the learning was great. I would definitely recommend this to other colleagues of mine.

I was once told, “You do not really know the topic unless you can explain it to a 10-year-old.” I believe I can confidently say that Trainers has a great grasp on the concepts and good training skills. The interim quizzes keep you on your toes all the time and sharing personal experiences, receiving feedback on the spot helped me reflect on the methodology.
To top it all off, having tips on the interview questions and preparation was a great add-on.
Overall, I would say that this was a weekend well spent.
Its a very insightful session, very fewer people in the industry share their experience. Case studies, practical approach, role plays which I have never experienced before. Understanding and learning are easy but understanding and trying are different. I am happy and thankful to be associated with Gururo for this training.
Thanks for the great program. I come from the service side industry with zero exposure to product based company but now I have a good insight into how product companies work, what process they follow, and what are their expectations. My perception has changed now, that I can fit into a product based company also, which is great for my future. All the templates and knowledge given are the real day to day life work which a program manager does so it has provided hands-on experience. You have provided us a very strong base from where we can scale to greater heights.
The program was really an eye-opener for me as I am new to Program management and before the session I had a lot of confusion about the role. After attending the sessions, I got clarity about Program management, demand for the role, how to perform as a Good Program manager, role distinction in Traditional services industry and Product based companies, and many more things which I didn’t anticipate before attending the session. Really appreciate the effort of trainers in time-boxing the sessions and explaining the concepts in a detailed manner. Their perseverance and great communication skill really made the session to be more engaging and never during the session felt to be disinterested. I strongly recommend this program for Scrum masters, Project managers, and aspiring Program managers to gain out of his session to excel in their career.
The session was very helpful in understanding key concepts in Program Management. Real-life scenarios, sharing of experiences and active role play were instrumental in the demonstration of actual program management situations, and the skills required to handle those situations. Periodic evaluations made sure that participants understand the key concepts. The mock questions practice underlined the thought process behind evaluation criteria for such roles and positions. Overall it was a very healthy and useful session for aspiring Program Managers.
Fantastic training, great training after a long long time. first thing, there was never a NO. The first thing we asked, are you going to share the slide and you said YES. Most of the places its No, its copyright issues and here you are saying Yes this is for you. You have already shared some templates and normally PM’s or PM community never share these templates.
I got a call from your representative and it was a mix of calls I was receiving who called for paid service and I was apprehensive about it. Now I have done the program, it seems very smooth. I definitely want to avail myself of your job assistance and career guidance service. But instead that, the understanding that you have given has boosted our confidence that we have that knowledge and tools in place to face and clear the interview. I feel more comfortable now.
Before this program, I was not aware of capacity planning, budget, DISC, and overall program management concepts. It is very helpful. Many things I learned in different pieces of training. This workshop was a combination of all project management, agile metrics, and Program management skills, and many more. Especially what is most important for program managers.

Right now as I was playing QA manager, and was really interested in being a program manager. So, this workshop will be really helpful. The templates and metrics which were demonstrated will equip us to play the role. Also, trainers have taken all our questions about whether it is good, bad, worst. and answered all of them. Very Informative, got to know a lot of things even after being in Industry for very long. Seeds planted in these sessions will help me to grow as a leader. I have worked in well-established product companies and now I understand from a program level how things are driven. Sessions on Leadership styles and Stakeholder Management was great. In my current role, I am battling around stakeholder manager now I understand how to deal with complex stakeholder and how to get the mindset right and take it forward. Interview preparation, tips, and tricks to clear them were really helpful.
The program was really one of its kind. The practical aspect, product company landscape, and interview preparation sessions were great. It has given me a chance to reflect on my experience and the help this workshop will do to move forward. It was a very interactive session and full marks to the trainer. Sessions like 100 + projects, the landscape of product companies and how they work, tools which were shown are good and can be employed right away.
Initially, I was quite apprehensive about this program. And how we are going to sit from morning to evening on weekends. But the way you managed it, I can see your program management skills. Mornings you kept slight theory part and in afternoons it was assessment and case-studies and evening was dedicated to role-plays. It is a well thought off and a great combination. I never felt its hectic and was feeling good. The way the concept was explained was awesome and hats off to your patience in answering all the questions.
I really learned a lot from the program and how to apply the gained knowledge. I was not aware of a lot of aspects told during the training.
