- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- The full amount paid will be refunded without any deductions.
- If a user has requested multiple refunds for the same course or has a history of excessive refund requests, Gururo reserves the right to limit or deny future refund requests
▶ For any certification renewal (PMI PDU’s, SEU’s etc)
- Your certificate should be valid and in good standing.
- If your earned PDUs are not approved by PMI, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee—no questions asked.
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Good news! Even if a refund is approved, your course access will not be revoked. You can continue enjoying the course for free as part of our commitment to supporting your professional growth.

- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

- To be eligible for a refund, all details provided must be accurate. Any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information will result in the refund being deemed ineligible.
- You must follow all instructions and actively collaborate with the assigned expert. Renewal typically takes up to 5 business days, but may vary with complexity. Non-compliance voids the refund.

- Refunds will not be provided in cases where a coupon code was not applied at the time of purchase.

To initiate a refund

- Include your order details and a clear reason for the refund.
- Refund requests are subject to verification, and only approved refunds will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- The refund may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your card statement or account.
Any refund request that fails to meet these conditions will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
