▶ For any certification renewal (PMI PDU’s, SEU’s etc)

  • If your earned PDUs are not approved by PMI, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee—no questions asked.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Good news! Even if a refund is approved, your course access will not be revoked. You can continue enjoying the course for free as part of our commitment to supporting your professional growth.

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • You must not have started more than two quizzes or exams within the course. Once this limit is exceeded, the refund becomes ineligible.
  • A 10% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds shall be eligible only for the portion attributable to training and preparatory materials.

▶ For PMP® Certification Training Course

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The refund will only be applicable if less than 10% of the video-learning content has been consumed.
  • A 10% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For exam vouchers, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances as the payment is made to the respective certifying body.

  • Risk-Free Promise: If the renewal doesn’t happen, we are committed to providing a full and prompt refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, all details provided must be accurate. Any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information will result in the refund being deemed ineligible.
  • You must follow all instructions and actively collaborate with the assigned expert throughout the renewal process. Failure to do so will make the refund ineligible.

  • Refunds will not be provided in cases where a coupon code was not applied at the time of purchase.
  • Discounts and offers must be availed at the time of purchase; retrospective adjustments or refunds will not be entertained.

  • Include your order details and a clear reason for the refund.
  • Refund requests are subject to verification, and only approved refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • The refund may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your card statement or account.

Any refund request that fails to meet these conditions will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
