There is no set limit, as this is a collaborative journey where the mentor and mentee mutually agree on the timing and frequency of sessions. However, for the best experience, we recommend adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and guidelines to ensure the service is utilized effectively and respectfully.
While we generally discourage changing mentors due to variations in availability, fees, and other factors, we understand that situations may arise. Requests for a mentor change will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Genuine needs will be considered, subject to availability and other circumstances.
We aim to ensure a positive mentoring experience for everyone. If you feel unsatisfied with your mentor or encounter conflicts, please reach out to us immediately. We will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis and, if necessary, work with you to find a suitable resolution, including the possibility of assigning a different mentor, subject to availability. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Mentors are there to guide and support you throughout your PMP preparation journey. While they won’t assist during the actual exam (as this is strictly prohibited), they will provide you with strategies, tips, and resources to help you feel confident and well-prepared before exam day. Their role is to ensure you have the knowledge, mindset, and tools to succeed independently.
While the mentorship is designed to significantly enhance your chances of passing the PMP certification by providing expert guidance, proven strategies, and personalized support, the outcome ultimately depends on your effort, dedication, and exam performance.
