1. Open Your Browser
   Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim.

2. Log In
   Use your PMI credentials to log in.

3. Access the PDU Claim Code Option
   Select PDU Claim Code and click on I have a claim code.

4. Enter Your Claim Code
   In the text box, input the claim code provided in your assigned course.

5. Apply and Redirect
   Click Apply to be directed to the PDU Claim Form.

6. Complete the Required Fields
   Most fields will auto-populate. Enter the following manually:

   • Date Started – Enter your program enrollment date.
   • Date Completed – Enter your course completion date.
   • Provide Rating – Thank you for rating us 5 stars!

7. Confirm Accuracy
   Check the box I agree this claim is accurate.

8. Review Your Details
   Double-check all details for accuracy.

9. Submit Your Claim
   Once you’re confident everything is correct, click Submit to finalize your PDU claim.
